Kelsey and Spencer just before we went out trick-or-treating. Kelsey was really excited for Halloween this year...she was planning on going trick-or treating with her friend, Ali (and Ali's mom), around the neighborhood. So she took off before I snapped a picture of just her. I can't believe how fast she is growing up.

Today is Spencer's 6th birthday. We had a lot of fun. We took cupcakes and goody bags to Jumpstart to share with our friends. It was a simple, quiet family get together. He opened presents...




this was one of the few times that Spence actually seemed interested in the gifts.

Blowing out the candles...yes he needed help so notice Kelsey offering her assistance. If we had Spence get close enough to the cake to blow the candles out himself, no one would have wanted to eat it afterward. ha ha It was fun.

Spence, I am so glad to have you as part of our family. You amaze me everyday. You learn in small steps and remind the rest of us of the blessings we all enjoy. I am forever grateful for all the things you have taught me and the spirit you have brought to our home. You are in fact, one of God's chosen spirits saved for these last days. The Lord has put his trust in me to teach you all I can so you are prepared...I only hope that I can rise to the challenge. We love you. Love, Mom

Reba and Kelly Concert!!

Last night Kayla, my niece, and I went to the Reba and Kelly concert at BSU. It was TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

Good golly, those women can sing!! They put on a fantastic show and IT WAS SOO COOL!! Needless to say, between the entertainment, good company and roasted almonds we had a great time!
